Yahoo Flickr violates Creative Commons licensing? (probably not...)

EDIT: I've been doing some digging around in the options, and it seems the remainder of this post was somewhat (ahem) overexcited: there is an option in flickr preferences to change who is allowed to print your photos... http://www.flickr.com/account/printing/

Now, I may be misinterpreting Creative Commons licensing, but here's the rub: The photo in the image above is licensed under a 'by-nc' CC license. The 'nc' stands for Non-Commercial, the CC legal code Section 4b says: 'You may not exercise any of the rights granted to You in Section 3 above in any manner that is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or private monetary compensation.'. Yet you can 'order prints' in exchange for money, which breaches that item of the license as far as I can see. There is also no disclaimer in the terms and conditions that would explicitly allow Yahoo Flickr or affiliated companies to make a profit selling 'nc' licensed work.
