rdex-server demo

rdex is an installation that explores in an autonomous hyperspace mathematical model, searching for interesting emergent behaviour (life-alike, alife). Currently under active development, here's a 5m30s demo video of the rdex-server in action:

Warning: contains bright colour patterns, be careful if you're sensitive to that kind of thing.

rdex-server provides different metrics for sorting the database of gathered interesting emergent behavious samples that are similar in some way:

nearby
compares input parameter space points
colour
compares output image colour histograms
texture
compares output image texture features
segment
compares output image contiguous regions

rdex-server source code is available under AGPL3+ license, but be warned it's still under development, and might be totally broken at times.
